Bazaruto Lodge - Bazaruto Island

The Bazaruto Lodge is situated on Bazaruto Island, surrounded by the Indian Ocean, approximately 800 km to the north of Maputo, the capital of Mozambique.

The island of Bazaruto is undoubtedly a beautiful and unexplored destination, characterised by its wildlife, turquoise waters and idyllic beaches. Part of the island is composed of enormous sand dunes, while the remainder of the island is thicket, grassland, scrub and wetland which all form a part of the Bazaruto National Park.

Accommodation at Bazaruto Lodge

The rooms at Bazaruto Lodge have been luxuriously furnished with the all amenities one expects. Each palm-thatched room is air conditioned and includes ceiling fans to relieve guests from the natural tropical heat. Mosquito nets are draped from each bed and there is an outdoor porch with wood furniture. The rooms have en-suite bathrooms and a private open air shower.
